Holiday Inn Houma located at 1800 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Houma, LA is hiring for a FT Front Desk Agent.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at Radhe Kishan Inc. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our establishment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry
  • Fluency in multiple languages

Responsibilities:
