Job description

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring an Assistant Machine Operator.

Sign on bonus: $1,250.

WWill be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)

Strating pay $21-25/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.

Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.

Participate in training and support team development.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

12-hour shifts

Friday - Sunday 0500 - 1700 (5AM - 5PM) OR 1700-0500 (5PM - 5AM)

Overtime opportunities available

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively
