We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first and last point of contact for many of our guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience.

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will assist guests with check-in and check-out, answer questions, manage reservations, resolve concerns, and help ensure that every guest receives exceptional service throughout their stay.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.

  • Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.

  • Confirm reservations, room assignments, payment details, and identification.

  • Respond to guest concerns and work quickly to resolve issues or involve management when necessary.

  • Assist Food and Beverage staff with stocking, setup, cleaning, organizing, and other service-related tasks as needed.
  • Ensure food retail displays, counters, shelves, and surrounding areas remain clean, orderly, and guest-ready.
  • Follow proper food-handling, sanitation, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, management, and other hotel departments.

  • Monitor room availability and update guest information in the hotel property management system.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.

  • Follow hotel security, privacy, emergency, and safety procedures.

  • Document guest requests, incidents, maintenance concerns, and shift information accurately.

  • Assist with wake-up calls, package handling, lost-and-found inquiries, and other guest services.
