Weaver Machine Operator | $18.00 | Mon to Fri 730 am to 400 pm

Job Description
As a Weaver Machine Operator employee you will operate and monitor weaving equipment while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Operate and monitor weaving looms and related equipment.
  • Repair broken warp/filling yarns, as well as troubleshoot and correct loom issues.
  • Inspect fabric and identify weaving defects.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance.
  • Assist with style changes, tie-ins, and machine setups.
  • Doff and handle cloth rolls safely and keep records of production.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Weaving experience is a plus. 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to identify and correct fabric defects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
