As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy through various evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Working closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated, holistic care.
• Implementing crisis intervention strategies, performing risk assessments, and developing safety plans in situations requiring immediate attention.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
