Job description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year, serving a diverse K-12 student population. This role involves delivering comprehensive speech therapy services to support students' communication needs both in-person and through teletherapy platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized speech and language evaluations and therapy services for a caseload of approximately 30-40 students
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans that align with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborating with educators and families to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
  • Utilizing teletherapy techniques effectively to engage students in remote speech therapy sessions
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Experience delivering speech therapy services in school settings, including teletherapy
  • Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring across a variety of speech and language disorders
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and prioritize responsibilities
