We're hiring RNs to complete in-home health assessments-no bedside care, no med passes, no chaos. Just one-on-one time with patients and your clinical judgment doing what it does best.
What You'll Do:
  • Perform in-home health assessments (history, meds, assess patients for in home support needed)
  • Document findings using provided equipment
  • Identify health risks and gaps in care
  • Build quick rapport with patients
