Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse

Company: Sunshine Home Health

Location: Logan, Utah

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional healthcare services to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering personalized care to individuals in need. This is a part-time position. We make every effort to accommodate your personal schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including physical, emotional, and social factors.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and in collaboration with the patient, their family, and other healthcare team members.
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, infusion therapy, and other treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Monitor patients' progress and response to treatment, and make necessary adjustments to the care plan.
