Lead with Heart & Expertise:

  • Supervise day-to-day clinical operations for your unit, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, CNAs, and caregivers—leading by example with kindness and professionalism.

  • Coordinate care services, staffing assignments, and clinical processes to support resident needs.

Champion Clinical Excellence & Compliance:

  • Monitor resident conditions, care plans, and documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

  • Participate in care conferences, audits, and QA meetings to support continuous improvement.

  • Serve as a liaison with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure collaborative, holistic care.

Support a Positive Work Environment:

Physical Requirements:
