As our Digital Label Press Specialist, you’ll set up, operate, and care for advanced digital printing equipment to meet precise specs, color targets, and delivery times.

What You’ll Do
  • Run and maintain digital presses to meet customer specifications and job ticket instructions.
  • Interpret work orders and schedules to determine setup needs: substrates, inks, coatings, and finishing details.
  • Prepare jobs by loading materials, configuring files, calibrating color profiles, and readying the press for accurate output.
  • Watch press performance closely to maintain color consistency, registration, and print fidelity throughout the run.
  • Calibrate color routinely to uphold brand standards and overall print quality.
  • Perform in-process quality checks against company and customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot defects, equipment issues, and workflow snags to reduce waste and downtime.
  • Handle routine cleaning, maintenance, and preventative care; promptly report mechanical concerns.
  • Follow safety protocols and keep your area organized and clean.
  • Coordinate with production supervisors, prepress, and finishing to keep jobs on track.
What You’ll Bring
  • Hands-on experience with digital printing systems (HP Indigo, Xeikon, Domino, Durst, or comparable).
  • Knowledge of materials used in pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, flexible packaging, and specialty packaging.
  • Meticulous eye for color accuracy and print quality.
  • Comfort reading job tickets, work orders, and production schedules.
  • Familiarity with DFE workflows, color management, and RIP software (preferred).
  • Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and make minor machine adjustments.
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • Reliable communicator and team player.
