Job description

Topre America Corporation is seeking a safety-focused Overhead Crane Operator to support our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for safely moving raw materials, performing die changes, and supporting production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate overhead cranes to transport materials and loads.
  • Perform die changes and load raw material onto presses.
  • Load and unload trucks in a timely and safe manner.
  • Select and use the proper rigging equipment.
  • Maintain strong situational awareness at all times.
  • Keep die and coil areas organized and maintain 5S standards.
  • Use scanning systems and computer programs as required.
  • Report safety concerns, incidents, and equipment issues to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Previous overhead crane experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely and efficiently operate an overhead crane.
  • Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to lift 35+ pounds.
  • Must successfully pass Topre America's written and practical crane testing.
  • Must be flexible to work any shift and overtime.
