Are you passionate about building powerful, user-focused software that makes a real difference? Our Dallas-based client is in search of a Full Stack Developer II to help evolve and expand their flexible SaaS platform. This is your opportunity to contribute to innovative product development that customers love and rely on. As a key member of the engineering team, you’ll develop new features, enhance existing applications, and ensure high performance and quality across the stack. This is a remote position with the requirement to come into the office once a month.

SALARY COMP: Up to $120K depending on candidate's experience, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Design, build, and maintain modern web applications using a versatile technology stack.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners to refine requirements and deliver thoughtful solutions.
  • Develop features from concept to deployment, working across the full SDLC.
  • Partner with UX, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth, seamless integrations.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Implement automated tests and prioritize code quality at every stage.
  • Proactively identify bugs and bottlenecks—and squash them.
  • Participate in peer code reviews, sharing insights and learning from others.
  • Contribute to improving our development practices and team workflows.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience — or 4+ years of equivalent hands-on development experience.
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (Jira, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy a plus).
  • Committed to writing testable code and contributing to a quality-first culture.
  • Familiarity with the MS Office Suite.
