Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems.
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and testing on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment.
  • Navigate crawlspaces and attics as needed.
  • Educate customers and provide repair and replacement options.
  • Present financing and maintenance plan options.
  • Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
  • Meet and exceed service and revenue goals.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and generates referrals.
  • Partner with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure success.
  • Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site.
  • Participate in training, meetings, and company events.
  • Mentor and train apprentices.
  • Complete invoices, timecards, and documentation accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

  • Three (3)+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, airflow, refrigeration principles, and electrical troubleshooting.
  • EPA Certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of local HVAC codes and industry best practices.
  • Experience performing repairs, maintenance, and customer-facing service work.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development
  • Clean driving record.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High integrity and exceptional customer service skills.
