Job description

NVIDIA's deep learning platforms have significantly influenced many areas and are widely adopted by top academic institutions, emerging companies, and industry leaders, including the largest Internet firms. We are looking for a skilled and committed technical program manager for NVIDIA's DGX Cloud. We want enthusiastic, diligent, and innovative individuals to help provide value to DGX Cloud users.
What you'll be doing:
  • As a DGX Cloud technical program manager, you will act as the link between global cloud service providers and NVIDIA engineering teams, building outstanding cloud infrastructure and user experiences for DGX Cloud customers! You will collect requirements, lead prioritization, timelines, and planning for all stages of the product life cycle. You will manage risks and address issues impacting scope, schedule, and quality, ensuring the programs meet quality standards.
  • Develop and lead achievements and schedules for the many moving parts that need to come together.
  • Lead and improve existing product development; collaborate with engineering management to improve the development workflow and engineering efficiency. You will have the opportunity to interact with diverse technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
  • Partner with the engineering team and product management to define and deliver project roadmaps, schedules, and achievements.
  • Identify and address risks and resolve issues that impact all aspects of scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Develop and drive a communication strategy that provides Cross functional and org visibility on overall Program progress and engineering delivery.
  • Drive organizational efficiency by coordinating with cross-functional leads and streamlining processes
  • Foster an environment of ongoing development, identifying chances for process improvements.

What we need to see:
  • 10+ years of Program Management experience driving the planning and execution of large programs, software engineering projects in a matrix environment
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, responsive, and passionate about discovering ways to improve processes!
  • Experience in successfully leading global projects across time zones.
  • Experience with Jira and/or JAMA is required. You should comfortably guide an engineering team on how to use these tools and implement them in an Agile/scrum manner.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus in making programs successful; ability to resolve technical issues and resource conflicts.
  • Expert in Enterprise scale lean process development
  • Expert in rolling out new efficiencies organization-wide
  • Ability to drive cross org alignment across senior and executive leaders.
  • Possess excellent communications and technical presentation skills.
  • MS EE or CS degree, or equivalent experience

Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Highly motivated with strong communication skills, with proven track record to work successfully with multi-functional teams and coordinate effectively across organizational boundaries and geographies.
  • Working understanding of cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Background with new product introduction and program leading research teams.
  • Experience with productivity tools and process automation is big plus
  • Kubernetes Platform Experience is a huge plus

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5, and 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD for Level 6.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
