Job description

Through our advanced systems and networks, our Property Management team acquires, rehabs, markets, fills, and manages single-family homes across the country. The scope and scale of these operations make a strong Property Management team an integral part of our success.

Essential Functions:

  • Interact with clients, primarily owners and residents, from the move-in process to the move-out processes and everything in between.
  • Identify appropriate vendors and coordinate service repair work as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in Revela, our property management software. This includes invoicing homeowners, collections from residents, payments to trades.
  • Coordinate resident move-out inspections and completion of damages to get the home back to a "market ready" standard.
  • Complete SODA forms in compliance with relevant laws.
  • Reply to homeowner and resident emails to answer questions through our ticketing software.
  • Ability to work a large number of maintenance requests simultaneously

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in a Single Family Rental Property Management role.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Above average attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
  • Preferred: A working knowledge of property management and customer ticketing software systems, especially Revela, Yardi, Salesforce, and Zoho.

This role is hybrid, requiring in office work 3 days per week in Southfield, Michigan.
