Regular home maintenance helps prevent larger, costlier problems and ensures the safety, efficiency, and value of your home. Some tasks can be done by homeowners, while others may require professional help.

Effective communication with homeowners and other contractors is also essential for smooth project coordination. Continuous learning and leveraging technology, like maintenance management apps, can help professionals stay efficient and responsive.
