Kinetic Ease Solutions is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to join our team in Edison, New Jersey. This full-time position focuses on delivering specialized therapy services in a dynamic rehabilitation facility that emphasizes the empowerment and rehabilitation of our geriatric clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities, utilizing advanced assessment tools to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.
  • Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and various modalities to support rehabilitation and alleviate pain.
  • Document and monitor patients' progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on the evolving needs and feedback from patients to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals, including doctors, occupational and speech therapists, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient treatment.
  • Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies to foster independence and enhance recovery.
  • Implement safety measures and fall prevention programs within the facility to reduce the risk of accidents, ensuring a secure environment for our residents.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and evidence-based practices in physical therapy through continuing education initiatives.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and committing to the highest level of patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; candidates with higher degrees (Master’s or Doctorate) will also be considered.
  • An active State licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey is required.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and documentation systems is essential to ensure high-quality documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in geriatric therapy is highly desirable, but newly graduated Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive support and mentorship.
