Job description

Note: The compensation range noted above represents the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. We’re looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Pulmonology team. In this role, you’ll work closely with providers and staff to support patients through every step of their care—making a meaningful difference each day.

What You’ll Do

As part of our collaborative care team, you’ll:

  • Assist providers during exams and office procedures

  • Support care coordination, including follow-ups and referrals

  • Administer medications, injections, and routine tests

  • Provide patient education and guidance alongside the provider

  • Triage patient concerns (in person and by phone) and help determine next steps

  • Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations

  • Collect and handle specimens according to guidelines

  • Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation

What We’re Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program

  • Current Massachusetts LPN license and CPR certification

  • At least 2 years of experience in a clinical or physician office setting

  • Pulmonology experience is a plus
