Location: Northern Florida (Jacksonville, Ocala, Leesburg, Daytona, Orlando) 
Setting: Home Health  
Pay Range: $2,400-2,600/weekly (dependent on experience and location) 
Schedule: Day Shift 8a-5p, Full-Time, Part Time, and PRN roles available  
Contract Length: Up to 26 weeks (Multiple assignment lengths available) 
Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly 
Requirements: At least 1 years of experience as an PT, 6 months - 1 year of experience in a Home Health setting, valid PT license and/or willing to obtain FL or compact licensure.
