VNA of Ohio is one of Northeast Ohio's most established home health agencies - 124 years strong, CHAP-accredited, and 4-star rated by CMS. We're building our PRN RN team and offering top-quartile per-visit pay with a flexible schedule.

Pay Rates – Per Completed Visit

SOC / ROC - $140-150

SOC + IV / Wound Vac (complex skill add-on) - $170

Recertification - $95

Revisit / RN 19 - $75 

RN 18 Discharge - $80 

Downtime (pre-approved wait time) - $40/hr 

Premium add-ons:

  • Same-Day / Urgent: +$25
  • Weekend: +$25
  • Holiday: +$50

"Completed" = visit done in the home + documentation finished in EMR within 24 hours + orders/signatures uploaded + meets QA standards.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Active RN license (Ohio) + current BLS certification
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout the Cleveland / Northeast Ohio service area
  • Minimum 2 year of clinical nursing experience

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

  • OASIS certification or demonstrated OASIS experience
  • Prior home health experience
  • Familiarity with HCHB or similar home health EMR
