R.E.A.L. Elevator Solutions, Inc., a division of Southeast Elevator, LLC, is seeking an experienced Residential Elevator Mechanic with exceptional mechanical skills, professional interpersonal communication, and a can-do attitude to join our installation team. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills are a must, as the ideal candidate will be able to utilize their troubleshooting & diagnostic abilities in order to install various types of elevators & lifts.

This position supports our Wilmington–Morehead City service area and requires regular travel throughout eastern North Carolina, from the South Carolina border to the Morehead City region, with occasional travel to Raleigh for freight-related work.


What You’ll Do


· Ability to work independently and with a team

· Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

· Excellent mechanical and electronic skills

· Strong appetite for learning and professional development

· Familiarity with common hand and power tools

· Willingness to travel

· Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.

· Familiarity with electronic, electro-mechanical, and fluid-powered (hydraulic) systems

· (Required) Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

· (Preferred) Experience with circuit boards, PLCs, and DC control circuits
