Please join our growing pediatric and adult family dental office. We are a patient focused group that believes in educating our patients on health, dental hygiene, and prevention. We are a team oriented staff that will support each other to the end. No one is left behind to work late, or miss that important family event! We focus on our family, because we feel like family! Job Description

Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to office policies
Maintaining Appointment schedule
Confirming Appointments for next day
Follow up on no shows/cancelation of Appointments
Check Patients in upon entry to the practice
Post charges and payments to patient accounts
Checking voicemail on a daily basis
Maintain a clean and friendly reception area for patients
Excellent customer service skills with professional and courteous phone etiquette
Basic knowledge of dental insurance and Orthodontic billing
Good understanding of dental terminology and dental coding a PLUS
Working knowledge of EagleSoft a PLUS
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Strong "teamwork" approach
Strong focus on patients comfort in the office

Salary Range

Part-time $18 - $27 per hour

Competitive salary is adjusted based individual's experience and knowledge. Future adjustments to pay are merit based per skill set and knowledge acquired

Will train computer skills if customer service experience is there

  • Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (2+ years)

Proficient in Eaglesoft is a plus but not required.
Will train candidate on current software if needed.
Good communication skills with patients and with internal communications.
