DENTAL HYGIENIST – MONDAY AND TUESDAY POSITIONS

We are seeking experienced Registered Dental Hygienists to join our team at two convenient locations. These positions offer flexible scheduling with Monday and Tuesday availability, providing an excellent opportunity to work in collaborative, patient-centered environments. You will deliver high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental care while building lasting relationships with our patients.

Job Description

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapy for patients
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring and medical history reviews
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, dietary recommendations, and preventive care strategies
Utilize dental imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning
Perform root planing and scaling procedures as needed
Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized treatment plans
Implement infection control measures and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe environment
Maintain accurate dental records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Operate dental software systems efficiently and accurately
Stay current with dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, and dental coding practice

Salary Range

Part-time $55 - $68 per hour

Requirements

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
Active X-Ray Certification
Current CPR Certification
Proficiency with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft or similar)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to commute to assigned work location
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Preferences

Previous experience in a general dental practice setting
Familiarity with advanced infection control protocols
Experience performing extended root planing procedures
Knowledge of dental coding and treatment planning
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to patient care
