Keeper Security is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Consumer (B2C) to lead and grow our consumer product line across web, iOS, Android, desktop and browser extensions. This is a 100% remote position, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the El Dorado Hills, CA metro area.

About the Role
This role will define and drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for Keeper's consumer product line across web, mobile, desktop and browser extension platforms. The ideal candidate has strong experience building and growing consumer software products, with a deep understanding of user behavior, product-led growth and cross-platform product execution. This role will partner closely with engineering, design and marketing to deliver a cohesive, secure and intuitive experience across every customer touchpoint, while driving adoption, engagement, conversion and long-term customer value.
Responsibilities
  • Own the vision, strategy and multi-release roadmap for Keeper's consumer product line across web, iOS, Android, desktop and browser extensions
  • Deliver a consistent, cohesive and intuitive cross-platform experience, ensuring feature parity and a unified customer journey wherever users access Keeper
  • Partner closely with marketing to shape positioning, messaging, pricing and packaging, promotions and go-to-market plans for new features and releases
  • Drive consumer growth by optimizing acquisition, activation, onboarding, conversion from free to paid, retention and expansion into add-on products
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and planning through development, launch and iteration
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on customer value, business impact and technical feasibility, working closely with engineering and design
  • Champion the individual and family customer by conducting user research, analyzing behavior and translating insights into prioritized product opportunities
  • Define, track and analyze key product and growth metrics, including activation, retention, conversion, engagement and lifetime value, to inform roadmap and investment decisions
  • Grow adoption and engagement of consumer add-on products such as BreachWatch, secure file storage and secure messaging
  • Coordinate across engineering, design, marketing, support and documentation teams to ensure successful launches and strong customer adoption
  • Monitor consumer security trends, competitive dynamics and platform changes across app stores, browsers and operating systems that impact the product
  • Advocate for a security-first, privacy-by-design and frictionless user experience across consumer product decisions

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record in consumer (B2C) software products
  • Demonstrated success delivering consumer products across multiple platforms, including web, mobile and desktop, with measurable user and business outcomes
  • Experience driving consumer growth metrics such as acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and engagement
  • Proven ability to partner with marketing on positioning, pricing and packaging and go-to-market strategy for consumer products
  • Strong customer empathy and experience using qualitative and quantitative research to inform product decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across engineering, design, marketing and business stakeholders
  • Comfort working with data and analytics tools to define metrics, run experiments and measure impact
  • Highly organized with strong execution skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; degree in business, design or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with subscription, freemium or free-to-paid consumer business models
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, privacy, password management or identity-related products
  • Experience shipping and optimizing mobile apps and browser extensions, including app store and web store best practices
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, growth experimentation and product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar tools
  • Understanding of consumer onboarding, lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
  • Passion for making complex security and privacy tools simple and accessible for everyday users and families
