Job description

The Machinist III produces precision parts using machine tools and equipment. This involves measuring workpieces, installing machine parts, and performing quality inspections.  The ideal candidate is highly proficient in CNC programming.  Mastercam is a PLUS!

Compensation: Minimum Salary   $27.74 - Maximum Salary $33.99

    • CNC Programming experience. (Mastercam)
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Estimate dimensions of workpieces, products, or equipment
    • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
    • Produce or repair precision parts using both manual and automated equipment and accurate measurements
    • Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools in order to perform precision machining operations
    • Program more complex parts to be machined
    • Measure and outline the parts to be machined using various devices and tools in order to obtain accurate dimensions
    • Assist with design of basic manufacturing fixtures
