Overview

PepsiCo 1NA Engineering is seeking a technical project manager to lead the execution of the Frito Lay Plant Warehouse’s Automated Guided Vehicle, Palletizing, Loading Automation, and Board on Floor projects.


Responsibilities
  • Lead scoping and design recommendations for Frito Lay’s Automated Guided Vehicle Projects.
  • Support installation and start-up activities for new projects
  • Participate in and lead cross-functional teams of colleagues and outside resources.
  • Apply Engineering principles to problem solving and managing unexpected changes.
  • Manage, communicate and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop, manage and execute equipment installation and start-up plans while supervising outside contractors and vendors.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous project deliverables, accelerated timelines and competing priorities
  • Partner with OEMs to continuously improve equipment design offerings, upgrades, training, and maintenance initiatives.
  • Develop into a subject matter expert (SME) for Frito Lay’s Automated Guided Vehicle’s
  • Expected travel:  25% to 40%

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
