- This role is fully onsite in Brentwood, TN for the first 90 days.
- After 90 days, the position transitions to a hybrid schedule with one (1) required onsite day per week.
- Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Brentwood, TN.

The Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for compliancewith federal and state laws including Wage Determinations and fringe benefitrequirements, the design and administration of paid time off policies andsystems, reporting and analytics related to employee benefits, and collaborationwith various departments and third-party administrators.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The incumbent should be able to perform all of the followingfunctions at a pace and level of performance consistent with the jobperformance requirements.
- Oversees the design and administration of employee paid time off policies and related systems and processes, including those mandated by federal and prevailing Wage Determinations.
- Leverages reporting and analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities in benefits utilization and program effectiveness.
- Recommends process improvements and system enhancements to maximize efficiency and align with best practices.
- Serves as the primary contact for benefit policies and systems in cross-functional HR, Payroll, and Technology projects.
- Monitors regulatory changes affecting all paid employee leave, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, federal and prevailing Wage Determinations, and company contracts.
- Maintains and updates systems and processes to support Wage Determination fringe benefit reporting, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness.
- Generates, reviews, and reconciles monthly data and funding requests for fringe benefit administration.
- Manages relationship with third party fringe benefit administrator and provides support for all internal and external audit needs.
- Provides education, communication, training, and support for facilities regarding benefit programs, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborates with business owners, subject matter experts, and third-party administrators to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Domestic U.S. travel may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate from an accredited college or universitywith a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a relatedfield is required.
- Additional years of related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis up to two years.
- Two years of relatedanalytical experience or benefit plan administration and compliance required.
- Excellent analytical, organizational,and communications skills are required.
- StrongExcel, PowerPoint, HRIS, and data analysis skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications isrequired.
- Proficiency in Power Bi and HRISplatforms (UKG WFM Pro and Oracle Cloud HCM) preferred.
