Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a French Social Lead Creator FTC 12-months (Luxury Fashion Account) based in Netherlands.

As a French Social Lead Creator, you will shape and deliver innovative social-first creative campaigns for a prestigious luxury fashion account, bringing cultural relevance and premium storytelling to digital audiences. This role combines creative leadership with hands-on content creation, allowing you to oversee projects from concept through production while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will develop engaging campaigns tailored to French-speaking audiences, balancing brand consistency with local cultural insights and emerging social trends. Working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will have the opportunity to inspire creative excellence, mentor junior talent, and produce impactful content across today's leading social platforms.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the creative development of social-first campaigns for a luxury fashion brand, ensuring content aligns with premium brand standards and audience expectations.
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling concepts, managing projects from ideation and presentation through production and execution.
  • Direct both large-scale productions and agile mobile-first content creation, selecting the appropriate creative approach for each campaign.
  • Develop platform-native content strategies that combine cultural relevance, audience insights, and innovative storytelling across multiple social channels.
  • Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Mentor and support junior creative team members while fostering collaboration and creative excellence.
  • Produce creative copy, visual concepts, social strategies, and campaign narratives that strengthen brand engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with creative leadership, project management, and client teams to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
  • Stay ahead of evolving social media trends, platform features, and luxury fashion culture to continuously elevate creative output.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional creative experience, ideally focused on social media, digital content, or integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social-first campaigns, integrated creative work, and content developed for premium or luxury brands.
  • Proven experience leading creative projects from concept to execution, with excellent art direction and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to create compelling content across multiple formats, including short-form and long-form social media assets.
  • Experience directing professional productions while remaining comfortable creating high-quality mobile-first content.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their audiences, content formats, and best practices.
  • Excellent creative writing, conceptual thinking, visual communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for fashion, luxury culture, digital innovation, and emerging creative trends.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
