Who You Are:

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by executing work accurately and efficiently. You are comfortable managing recurring workflows, following established processes, and completing high-volume, deadline-driven work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

This is an execution-focused role for someone looking to build a strong foundation in digital content and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable spending the majority of their time focused on hands-on site execution, quality assurance, documentation, and project coordination.

What You'll Do

  • Execute approved digital content strategies across the Michael Kors and Michael Kors Outlet North America websites.
  • Support the day-to-day execution of homepage updates, landing pages, navigation, promotions, seasonal campaigns, sale events, and other site content.
  • Own the on-site execution of the Michael Kors Outlet promotional calendar, ensuring promotional messaging, creative, links, timing, and site placements are accurate.
  • Translate approved strategies and direction into clear briefs, linking documents, tickets, trackers, and executional deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Site Merchandising, Web Production, and other cross-functional partners to move content from briefing through launch.
  • Perform detailed quality assurance before and after launches, identifying and escalating content, linking, messaging, and functionality issues.
  • Maintain accurate content calendars, project trackers, process documentation, and other team resources.
  • Support the execution of updates within third-party tools and platforms based on strategies and requirements established by the Digital Content & Experience Manager.
  • Complete daily site walkthroughs and support ongoing site maintenance across Michael Kors and Michael Kors Outlet.
  • Assist with gathering materials and performance data for seasonal recaps and leadership reviews.

You'll Need to Have

  • 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital content, site operations, project coordination, or a retail-related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume executional work while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to follow established processes, incorporate feedback, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in the New York City office three days per week.

We'd Love to See:

  • Experience with content-management, project-management, personalization, analytics, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Dynamic Yield, Contentsquare, Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of French and/or Spanish.
