What You’ll Do

As a Café Manager, you’ll lead a team that delivers exceptional guest experiences while driving results. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Coaching, training, and developing team members
  • Creating a welcoming, safe, and clean environment
  • Managing daily operations and ensuring food safety compliance
  • Driving sales and controlling labor and food costs
  • Recruiting and scheduling team members
  • Supporting the General Manager and preparing for future leadership roles

  • 1+ year of restaurant management experience (fast-casual preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
