Burgundy French Bakery & Cafe is looking for a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team.


We are looking for someone who:


  • Has a positive attitude and a genuine smile
  • Has experience in customer service
  • Enjoys interacting with customers and creating a welcoming experience
  • Is confident and good at sales and recommending products
  • Is energetic, reliable, and motivated
  • Works well in a team and can multitask in a busy bakery environment
  • Takes pride in providing excellent service
  • Is passionate about food, pastries, and hospitality

Responsibilities:


  • Welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Take orders and process payments accurately
  • Explain our pastries, breads, beverages, and menu items
  • Recommend products and help increase sales
  • Keep the front counter and dining area clean and organized
  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
  • Package pastries and customer orders carefully
  • Provide excellent customer service from beginning to end
