Job description

The bilingual account manager will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals and IT departments purchasing enterprise workstations and radiology monitors. The role combines consultative sales and account management; you’ll respond to inbound inquiries, provide written quotes, advise customers on the appropriate workstation-monitor combinations, manage sales opportunities in the CRM pipeline, and work with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience. You must be fluent in English and Spanish (French is a plus) and comfortable working during U.S. Central Time business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication & Relationship Building – Serve as the lead point of contact for customer accounts and develop long-term relationships. Engage inbound leads and proactively follow up with warm prospects to secure sales opportunities. Help clients through email, phone, video demos, and in-person meetings.
  • Consultative Sales & Quoting – Provide detailed quotes and technical information about enterprise workstations and medical displays. Draw on product knowledge to advise radiologists and IT professionals on configurations that meet imaging requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate pricing and availability.
  • Account Strategy & Retention – Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer objectives. Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by aligning company solutions with customer needs, and develop account strategies to retain and expand business.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, orders, and communications in the CRM system. Forecast and track key account metrics, update the pipeline regularly, and prepare account status reports. Ensure follow-ups with customers and management occur on a timely basis.
  • Problem Solving & Customer Support – Resolve client issues quickly by coordinating with internal teams (logistics, technical support, and marketing). Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Ensure that shipping schedules and return logistics are communicated clearly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with the digital marketing department to nurture leads, update email lists, and contribute campaign ideas. Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment and with finance to negotiate payment terms. Coach less-experienced staff on customer service best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience – 3+ years of account management or B2B sales experience with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Language – Fluent in English and Spanish; ability to converse professionally in both languages. Proficiency in French is highly desirable.
  • Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of enterprise computer hardware (workstations, GPUs, servers) and radiology monitors; able to translate technical specifications into customer benefits.
  • CRM & Productivity Tools – Experienced with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Google Workspace/Excel. Comfortable generating reports and analyzing pipeline data.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving – Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and negotiate contracts; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Time Management – Able to prioritize tasks and work independently while handling multiple clients. Must be available during U.S. Central Time business hours.

  • Prior experience in selling IT equipment or medical imaging products.
  • Familiarity with shipping and e-commerce fulfillment processes.

Compensation & Benefits

The role offers a competitive base salary with performance-based incentives. According to industry averages, account managers in the U.S. earn an average base salary with additional incentives; compensation will be commensurate with your experience and expertise.
