Express Logistics is currently hiring a Freight Broker to join our fast-paced and growing transportation team. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a high-pressure environment, enjoys problem-solving, and excels at building strong relationships with carriers and internal teams. You will play a critical role in moving freight efficiently across the U.S. and Canada.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and internal operations teams
  • Quote freight accurately and competitively based on market conditions and shipment requirements
  • Negotiate rates and secure capacity to ensure profitable and reliable shipments
  • Book and manage truckload and expedite freight
  • Enter and maintain shipment details within the Transportation Management System (TMS)
  • Communicate proactively with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure on-time delivery
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep freight moving without disruption
