Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to lead our transportation operations and ensure the efficient, cost-effective movement of products from our distribution center to customers throughout the United States.

The ideal candidate has experience managing freight operations, coordinating with carriers, and using transportation management software including UPS WorldShip, Freightview, and DAT Freight Analytics. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily outbound shipments from our distribution center to customers across the U.S.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound freight activities.
  • Schedule shipments using UPS WorldShip, Freightview, and DAT Freight Analytics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with freight carriers and transportation partners.
  • Resolve transportation issues and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Process freight claims and oversee claim resolution.
  • Manage customer returns and internal product transfers.
  • Respond quickly to shipping emergencies and changing customer needs.
  • Support purchasing activities as needed.
  • Help maintain efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
  • Lead and support transportation staff while promoting safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory management, and freight operations.
  • Experience with UPS WorldShip, Freightview, and DAT Freight Analytics or another type of TMS.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in distribution, warehouse operations, supply chain management, transportation planning, freight coordination, logistics management, inventory control, and carrier management are encouraged to apply.
