As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. Join our Airfreight Customer Care team and play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive customer experience. In this position, you will act as a central point of contact for customers, ensuring proactive communication, efficient issue resolution, and smooth coordination with internal teams. You will contribute directly to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the end-to-end airfreight process.

How you create impact

  • Serve as a primary contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery

  • Proactively advise customers and provide solutions aligned with their needs

  • Monitor shipments and provide timely updates, resolving potential issues before escalation

  • Coordinate with Operational Care Centers to ensure accurate and efficient shipment execution

  • Manage customer onboarding, including system setup and maintenance of requirements and rates

  • Handle customer complaints and drive resolution in collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Support quotation management, including pricing, follow-up, and upselling opportunities

  • Maintain strong collaboration with sales and account management teams

  • Generate and analyze reports to track customer performance and identify improvement opportunities

  • Manage claims from reporting through resolution

  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain visibility in operational systems

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support process optimization

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipment deviations and service gaps

What we would like you to bring

  • Degree or diploma in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in airfreight, logistics, or customer service is an advantage

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under time pressure

  • Analytical mindset with good organizational and time management skills
