What we’re looking for

  • Experienced Sales Manager: 5-15 years of expertise in freight forwarding sales management
  • Proven Leader & Mentor: Skilled in coaching and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Revenue Generator: A well-established book of business in international ocean, air, customs brokerage, and domestic trucking

What you'll earn

  • Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000 annually based on experience and book of business
  • Uncapped commission: Sky's the limit - your success directly impacts your earnings

Work Schedule

Seattle Office: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST 

Qualifications

  • Freight forwarding sales management experience required
  • Well established book of business
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office & CRM
  • Reliable transportation required to drive to client meetings
