Une entreprise internationale, reconnue dans le domaine de la logistique, est actuellement à la recherche d’un ou une Superviseur logistique pour joindre son équipe située à Saint-Laurent, dans l’Ouest de Montréal.
Dans ce rôle, tu seras responsable de superviser les opérations quotidiennes et d’encadrer une petite équipe de coordonnateurs logistiques. Tu assureras le bon déroulement des expéditions, le respect des délais, la qualité du service client et l’efficacité des processus opérationnels.
Le poste touche principalement à la coordination du transport dans un environnement 3PL, avec une forte exposition au transport international, aux transporteurs, aux outils TMS, aux KPI et à l’amélioration continue.

Tes responsabilités :
  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de transport et assurer le respect des délais, procédures et standards de service.
  • Encadrer, former et supporter une petite équipe de coordonnateurs logistiques dans la gestion des priorités et des escalades.
  • Coordonner les suivis avec les clients, transporteurs, fournisseurs et équipes internes afin d’assurer la fluidité des expéditions.
  • Utiliser les systèmes TMS et outils de suivi pour assurer la qualité des données, le suivi des KPI et la performance opérationnelle.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus, à l’optimisation des coûts transporteurs et au respect des politiques internes.

Profil recherché :
  • Minimum 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en supervision, coordination d’équipe ou leadership opérationnel
  • Expérience solide en logistique, transport, 3PL, freight forwarding ou transport international
  • Bonne compréhension des opérations de transport, des transporteurs et des enjeux de délais/service client
  • Connaissance des systèmes TMS et bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement rapide
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais afin de communiquer quotidiennement avec des clients, transporteurs et partenaires à l’international

An international company, recognized in the logistics sector, is currently looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join its team located in Saint-Laurent, in the West Island of Montreal.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily logistics operations and supporting a small team of logistics coordinators. You will help ensure smooth shipment execution, strong customer service, operational efficiency and compliance with internal procedures.
The role is mainly focused on transportation coordination in a 3PL environment, with strong exposure to international transportation, carriers, TMS systems, KPIs and continuous improvement.
