JOB SUMMARY

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of Life freeze-drying equipment at customer sites worldwide. Support production, testing, and service activities while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring safe, efficient equipment operation. Provide professional customer support, maintain strong client relationships, and remain available for on-call service as required.


WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

  • Experience installing, commissioning, and maintaining complex industrial equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in time-sensitive environments
  • Familiarity with FDA-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environments
  • Willingness to travel extensively and support on-call service needs

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical freeze-drying processes preferred


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Technical certificate or associate degree in electro-mechanical/process disciplines with 3–5 years of related experience, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Ability to travel up to 80%, including international travel
  • Understanding of PC/PLC-based control systems
  • Experience maintaining complex industrial equipment
  • Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
  • Strong organizational and independent work management skills
  • Excellent customer-facing and communication abilities
