About the Role:
Signs Designs in Beachwood, NJ is looking for a creative and organized Graphic Designer / Office Person to join our team! This is a dynamic dual role where you'll bring designs to life while keeping our office running smoothly. If you love design and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling graphic designs for signage, banners, vehicle wraps, and other visual media
  • Prepare print-ready files and artwork using industry-standard design software
  • Communicate with customers to understand design needs and deliver revisions in a timely manner
  • Manage front office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting customers
  • Process orders, invoices, and maintain accurate job records
  • Coordinate with production staff to ensure design specs are met
  • Maintain organized digital file libraries and design archives
Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW and/or Flexi Sign
  • Experience in graphic design, preferably in signage, print, and apparel printing (screen DTF)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with general office and administrative tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout design principles
