General Labor – 2nd & 3rd Shift 
Looking for a steady, full-time job? A well-established paper production company in Montgomery, IL is hiring dependable General Labor associates for 2nd and 3rd shift. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours and competitive pay.

Schedule
  • Monday–Friday
  • 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Job Duties
  • Operate the roll wrapping machine to help ensure quality production.
  • Observe machine operation and notify the lead or operator of any production issues.
  • Place glued roll headers on each side of finished rolls.
  • Initialize and prepare headers for production.
  • Keep the machine supplied with headers and wrapping paper.
  • Assist rewind operators by placing finished rolls on the line.
  • Verify labels match each roll and ensure paper is wrapped correctly for shipment.
  • Record roll weights from the scale and complete the roll list.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to self-manage
