As a Bindery Specialist, you'll work in a high quality team environment and participate in the finishing and kitting of printed marketing, promotional and training materials. You will be trained to operate shrink wrapping, paper drilling, padding and other small finishing equipment as well as lead kitting and assembly projects with peers and contractors. You will also assist large equipment operators in producing quality finished products. The materials you will help produce are used throughout the enterprise including in stores, in the recruiting of new talent to work inTarget stores, as well as being shipped directly to our guests. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

• Able to work and follow prescribed processes and direction independently with minimal supervision
