Job description

Artist Liaison Mei-lan & Ali Live in Los Angeles

Location: Saban Theatre, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles

Event Date: Saturday, October 10, 2026

Position: Freelance / Event Day Contract


TCCHE is looking for an experienced Artist Liaison to join our event team for Mei-lan & Ali โ€“ Live in Los Angeles, an immersive live concert featuring vocalist and composer Mei-lan Maurits and singer and musician Ali Pervez Mehdi.


The concert will take place at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills on Saturday, October 10, 2026.

We are looking for someone with experience working directly with professional artists and touring teams who can take responsibility for the artist experience on the ground and ensure communication between the artists, their team, the venue, production and TCCHE runs smoothly.

The Role

You will be the primary on-site point of contact for the artists and their team, supporting them throughout the event from arrival and soundcheck through to the performance and departure.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the main liaison between Mei-lan & Ali's team and the TCCHE event and production teams.
  • Welcoming the artists and touring party on arrival at the venue.
  • Coordinating backstage access, accreditation and dressing rooms.
  • Ensuring artist hospitality and agreed rider requirements are in place.
  • Keeping the artist team updated on timings and any changes to the running schedule.
  • Coordinating artist calls, soundcheck, stage times and other scheduled activities.
  • Liaising closely with the Venue Manager, Production Manager and Event Manager.
  • Assisting with artist transport and arrival/departure logistics where required.
  • Managing artist guests and backstage access where appropriate.
  • Responding quickly and calmly to last-minute artist or backstage requirements.
  • Ensuring the artists have a professional, organised and welcoming experience throughout the event.
About You

We would particularly like to hear from people who have worked as an:

Artist Liaison / Artist Relations Manager / Tour Manager / Assistant Tour Manager / Festival Artist Liaison

You should have:

  • Previous professional experience working directly with artists or touring parties.
  • Experience with concerts, live music, touring productions or festivals.
  • A good understanding of backstage and artist hospitality.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Confidence communicating with artist management, production teams and venues.
  • The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a live event environment.
  • A professional and discreet approach when working with artists.
  • Availability to work the necessary hours around artist arrival, soundcheck, the concert and post-show departure.

Previous experience working at the Saban Theatre or other major Los Angeles music venues would be an advantage, but is not essential.
