Job description

We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in providing cutting-edge IT services to businesses of all sizes. We help organizations streamline their technology operations with comprehensive IT management, cybersecurity solutions, and cloud services. We’re looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. As an BDR, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales engine, generating high-quality leads and setting the stage for the growth of our client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and Qualify Leads: Prospect for potential clients via cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods. Qualify leads to ensure they fit our ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Event Registrations: Promote and drive 20-100 registrations per month for webinars, briefings, and other marketing events.
  • Schedule and Book Appointments: Book 10-50 First Time Appointments (FTAs) per month and ensure they are qualified for the next step in the sales cycle.
  • Build Relationships: Maintain professional, proactive communication with leads through various channels (email, phone, social media).
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
  • Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to convert them into active prospects and ensure high engagement.
  • Track and Report Performance: Keep accurate records of all outreach efforts, leads generated, and appointments scheduled in our CRM system. KPI reporting is non-negotiable.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales development or inside sales role, preferably within the MSP, IT, or technology industry
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and cold-calling in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
