Description
The Camera Systems Simulation team is responsible for developing camera simulation tools for aiding the design of both camera hardware and software. This team is seeking a software engineer with a diverse skill set to tackle the myriad software challenges of building a camera simulator. The software engineer will be responsible for the full-product lifecycle of the simulation tools from design/coding/testing to bug fixing and critical new technology integrations. The candidate should have a passion for collaboration and problem solving to build innovative software tools that support the expanding needs of the camera teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
Proficiency in Python and JavasScript frameworks such as React, HTML, CSS, C++/GPU programming
Experience with common software infrastructure, such as CI/CD pipelines, Git
Experience building reusable code and libraries and debugging large code bases
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with web server design and infrastructure and troubleshooting and maintaining websites
Excellent communication skills to gather requirements and understand customer needs
