Do you have experience in graphic design, sales administration or account management and are looking for a change, a better work-life balance, and more earning potential? Are you the type of person everyone calls a “control freak” because you can’t help but be anything other than super-organized and detail-oriented? Do you roll your eyes when other people complain about how busy they are because multi-tasking is your superpower?  Does it keep you up at night when you can’t meet a deadline or deliver on a project because being dependable and reliable is just WHO YOU ARE? Well, if the answer to those questions is YES and you’ve got the non-negotiable technical skills listed below then we’d like to see if just maybe we might be the best thing that ever happened to your career.

Job Description

Still here? Great. We are expanding our account management team by bringing on a new Sales Coordinator who will work directly with one of our owners and a small team of Account Managers who are responsible for managing a fast-growing segment of our business focused on packaging. You’ll have two primary roles. First, we’ll teach you the ins and out of our business and the products we sell as well as our account management model as we train you to support our Account Managers.   Second, you’ll be responsible for sales administration and marketing tasks focused around business development. This is not a sales position, but you will be involved in the sales process as you help us to market ourselves to and book appointments with new prospects.  We will rely on you to bring the required “need to please” attitude that we just can’t teach you and a strong desire to learn.

The Sales Coordinator position is designed to function as a developmental role and stepping stone toward becoming an Account Manager—a position that offers greater responsibility, independence, and the potential to earn a six-figure income.
