  • Advanced Report Development: Translate business requirements into complex SQL queries to extract accurate datasets.
  • Process Automation: Utilize Python to automate data extraction, transformation, and formatting processes.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Advanced SQL & Python: 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries (CTEs, window functions, complex joins) and building Python data scripts (Pandas, SQLAlchemy, etc.).
  • Database Architecture: Proven experience reverse-engineering databases, schema mapping, and creating ERDs using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or DbSchema.
  • Healthcare/Case Management Data: Prior experience working with EHR, EMR, or case management platforms. Specific experience with the WellSky platform is highly preferred.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to translate non-technical business needs (e.g., "We need to see which caregivers are assigned to which clients in this county") into technical database requirements.
  • Compliance: Understanding of best practices for handling sensitive healthcare data and PII.
