Location Requirement: Hybrid onsite in Irvine, CA
Taco Bell is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented operator to support the execution and delivery of Gift Card initiatives across the business. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end operational processes, ensuring seamless production, fulfillment, and platform readiness across all Gift Card channels.
This individual will own Gift Card production and operational workflows, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timelines, quality, and accuracy from initial setup through launch. The role also supports franchisee onboarding, platform merchandising, and B2B operations to ensure a smooth and scalable program experience.
This person should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, proactive in problem-solving, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to navigate operational complexity are key to success.
The Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of the Gift Card program by maintaining operational excellence, resolving issues, and supporting continuous process improvements. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Payments/Gift Cards.
Responsibilities
• Own end to end Gift Card production, including quoting, approvals, testing, and launch. Ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to manage production, fulfillment, and delivery timelines. Proactively identifying and resolving any risks or delays.
• Manage Franchisee onboarding and settlement support, including banking updates, account setup, and resolution of discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Oversee vendor dashboard merchandising, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and optimized for seasonal campaigns, holidays, and key gifting windows.
• Own internal B2B Gift Card setups, including user access management, payment confirmation, and order activation/release processes.
• Support the development and management of creative briefs for Gift Card campaigns and promotional needs, partnering with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, timelines, and asset specifications.
• Coordinate the creative review and approval process across cross-functional stakeholders, consolidating feedback and tracking deliverables to ensure all required assets are approved, received, and ready on time for campaign launch.
• Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for Gift Card related customer support issues, troubleshooting complex cases and coordinating resolutions across teams.
• Maintain and update Gift Card resource materials, including internal documentation, training guides, and FAQs to support cross-functional teams and franchisees.
• Work cross functionally with internal and external partners, including Accounting, Product, Archway, Blackhawk, InComm, and Fiserv to ensure alignment and successful execution of program initiatives.
• Support operational projects and process improvements, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall program effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3-5 years' experience in operations, program management, or related role.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working cross functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
