owners, and contractors. Based in Southampton, New York, our team has extensive experience in
engineering analysis and design relating to the construction and renovation of custom luxury homes and
estates.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our Structural
Engineering Team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare permit sets, construction drawings, and designs of residential and commercial building structures.
  • Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other data received from architects, designers, and engineers.
  • Use current industry software and programs to perform structural analysis and design.
  • Visit site and/or client offices as required by the project.
  • Work with assigned task scope and budget, coordinate with client and team to develop effective and efficient solutions.
  • Communicate with client on detailed aspects of engineering work.
  • Provide construction administration services and field engineering services as required.

Minimum Qualifications
  • BS/BE Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering required.
  • Three or more years of post-graduate experience in structural engineering. (Preferred)
  • Working knowledge of current industry software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Ram Structural Systems, and Enercalc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player who can work on several projects simultaneously.

For required site visits, the physical ability to perform the following functions is required: walking the
site, climbing ladders, walking on roofs, entering, and working in confined spaces, working outdoors in
hot or cold weather, using necessary safety equipment, and potentially lifting up to fifty (50) pounds.
