Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker | Remote Massachusetts Therapy Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide remote therapy services for clients across Massachusetts. This role is focused on helping clients understand what they are experiencing, identify practical next steps, and receive ongoing mental health support through secure virtual sessions.

The LICSW in this position will handle clinical assessments, therapy sessions, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and documentation. It is a strong fit for a licensed provider who values organized clinical work, steady client interaction, and the ability to make care more accessible through telehealth.

Responsibilities
