• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, and support systems, ensuring an accurate understanding of their needs.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed interventions.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that outline clearly defined goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to each client's care.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and educational workshops that empower clients with coping strategies and foster community support.
• Provide crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments to ensure client safety and well-being during critical situations.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of all therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment adjustments, and case management strategies.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, with a strong foundation in clinical practice.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of two years' direct experience in an outpatient mental health setting, ideally focusing on substance use disorders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based therapies and treatment protocols.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.

• Experience working within a detox or rehabilitation environment, providing care to individuals facing addiction challenges.
• Background in facilitating group therapies and psychoeducation tailored to diverse populations.
• Strong capability in crisis intervention and management, with a commitment to client advocacy.
