Job Title: NOC Technician
Location: Remote
Client: DOT/OCC
Job Description:
  • 2-4 years of experience in network operations, IT support, or a related field.
  • Monitors and supports network and systems infrastructure, ensuring stable and efficient operations within the NOC.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Monitor network and system performance.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot network issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.

Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; network certifications a plus.

Required Knowledge/Experience:
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and procedures.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues.

Physical Requirements: Office environment, with shifts that may include night and weekend work.
