This position is designed to align cross-functional stakeholders on priorities, risks, product lifecycle transitions, and inventory outcomes while improving planning capabilities and decision-making across the business.
The role includes traveling to customer locations to support on-site project success. As a member of the GCG team, the Demand Planning Lead is responsible for exemplifying the company's guiding principles and fostering our company culture.

  • Partner with Finance, Coffeehouse Integration, and Supply Chain to drive alignment and improve decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen planning capabilities and outcomes.
  • Travel to customer site to ensure project is progressing as expected

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience implementing planning processes.
  • Strong analytical curiosity with the ability to dive into data and turn insights into business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence a broad range of audiences, including senior leaders.
  • Assortment management experience.
Preferred Profile
